Lawsuit against the Jews of Rzeszów concerning the overload of the Jews from Dębica with the poll tax

The information on the filing of a lawsuit of the 24th March, 1732 to the tax tribunal in Radom against the elders and the entire community in Rzeszów, at the accusation of the elders and commune in Dębica, concerning overburdening them with annual public taxes, increased by the elders from 500 złp to the amount of 940 złp, demanding a compensation of losses and determination of the tax in accordance with the existing custom.
